It is within walking distance to both the University of Winnipeg and Osborne Village. It is a fully upgraded 2 ½ story house with the room for rent located on the 2nd floor. Rent is $435/month and includes all utilities and internet. You will also have access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, patio and use of the washer & dryer.
