Proposal & Field Support Specialist The Proposal and Field Support Specialist will work closely with the Group Sales Manager, in the preparation and timely completion of large-case Request for Proposals for Group Insurance (RFPs), and the ongoing support of proposal development within the Group Sales offices. The incumbent will possess very strong written communication skills, and develop an understanding of the entire Group Benefits operation in order to help respond to RFPs. In addition, strong technical skills are required to support the formatting of proposals and various other administrative activities. Accountabilities : · Assist in the development and completion of RFPs for prospects, each unique and customized for individual clients. · Organize and assemble cross-functional, multi-departmental teams to respond to RFPs. · Review RFP questionnaire and coordinate the completion of non-standard questions from divisional subject-matter experts. · Analyze and complete smaller RFPs for prospects.
